"I La Loo"

Tonight, towards the end of our daily rosary GMAC came around and hugged each of us and told us "I la loo" and signed I love you. Truly an unforgettable moment!

I asked her to say I love you one more time and she did; Rose was reading to her ( the big hand is Roses')

A visit from Papa

The week of Thanksgiving my Dad came to see our new house for the first time. It was great having him here and the kidfs especially loved cooking and chatting with him.

My dad also cooked for us. Growing up, my Mom did the cooking so I never realized what a good cook my dad was.

Proud of Inch

Inch was the Lector at the Mass last night. Four years ago I couldn't imagine that he would volunteer to do this, since he used to be so nervous to go in front of people, to do anything. Yes he was a bit nervous, but he did really well. I am really glad he's had this opportunity, hopefully he will continue to serve the Church, in this ministry. He's really growing up.

Nice Doggie

G-MAC, loves to crawl around the house pretending to be a dog. She's been doing this since she was 16 months old. It's the cutest thing to watch. She even plays tug-of-war like a puppy!

It is awefully quiet

I was sitting at home reading when my Mom yelled out "Where is GMAC?" We looked over to see this...
Okay GMAC is really smart, she pushed the chair over to open the cabnet....and she stole the screwdriver (Who knows what she planned to do with it.)

ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL!!

Our church has a pretty great High School Youth program. Prayer, Worship, the Sacraments and Service are all emphasized to the teens. Our teens help feed the homeless in Baltimore, and we have annual missions trips to Mexico and Mississippi.
This past Sunday our Church was recognized for our service by the M&T Bank Honor Rows Program
We were able to go see the Ravens play against the Browns. Inch and I went with about 80 others. Before the game they allowed us to get on the field (well only the sidelines) and watch the players warm up. During the third quarter they put us up on the Jumbo tron . The seats were not the best ones but it was still really great.

#5 Joe Flacco warming up

Inch and the rest "giving advice" to offensive coordinator Cam Cameron

I told you the seats were not the best
I had to remember not to jump up too high or I might've hit the blimp

Crucian Dad AKA Mr porcupine

I have had a nagging shoulder injury for about a year now. I think I strained/tore a ligament while rolling in my Brazillian Jui Jitsu class (Mallu mom calls it wrestling with a bunch of sweaty guys in pajamas) Anyways Mallu's dad runs a Ayurvedic Herbal massage business.I thought that while I was there they could help my shoulder. They decided that acupuncture would be more beneficial than just massage. Well it was a little weird but it didn't hurt at all. I pretty much lay there, I even fell asleep once. At the later sessions the acupuncturist manipulated my arm with the needles still in. Well the verdict......... only 3 treatments really don't do much. My arm felt OK for a few days after the treatments but I think that if I could have had more treatments I would have seen a more permanent result.

Another G-MAC First

We finally decided to take G-Mac to the pool for the first time. At first she wasn't so sure to what to make of the water, Mystical Rose and Mulu Mom helped to ease her in.

All was going good until Mulu tried to take her a little deeper into the pool. I think it was also a little cold for her.

So G-MAC decided to wait with Dad and just watch.

After a few minutes of seeing her brothers and sister enjoying the pool. G-MAC decided to try again and this time she really enjoyed it
